DAMAGES DAMAGE TO 16mm FILMSIf a film becomes damaged do not attempt to repair it. Return all pieces of the film and enclose a description of the damage and the cause. Simple breaks are not cause for concern, but for damage beyond normal wear and tear you may be assessed a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the media item. Clean threading paths and never leave a 16mm projector running unattended. Adjust immediately if it starts to chatter noisily.
