And you can always order electronically or email us your request using the Electronic Order Form.

Rental Period

Rentals are normally for up to two weeks. During Advent, Lent and Easter rentals arekept to a maximum of five days only. It is advised that you reserve early for these seasons. Timely returns are especially necessary to ensure everyone has an opportunity to use seasonal videos during these busy times.

Rewinding

Please make sure that you rewind all resource materials (16mm Films, Videos, Filmstrip sets, & Audio Tapes) prior to returning them to the ARC.

Returning Resources

Return the items borrowed from the ARC immediately by the due date on your packing slip. This is the date the item is due back in the ARC it is not the date you are to mail it back to us, so therefore you need to allow for at least four days for mailing it back. When returning by mail, you may use either United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service. Seasonal materials during holiday times must be returned by U.P.S. You may also dropoff materials at the Pastoral Center.  This is necessary to ensure everyone has an opportunity to use seasonal videos during these busy times.

Preview

ARC preview stations are available for previewing materials. Previews outside the ARC will be treated as rentals with applicable charges, unless your parish is on the annual fee program.
