SHIPPING POLICIES

The ARC ships items to those users outside the Portland Metro area. Typically, tapes will be shipped via UPS unless special  arrangements have been made.

Return shipment is the responsibility of the borrower, and can be shipped by whatever method is most convenient; however, if shipping other than by UPS, please notify the Resource Center to avoid late charges.

Allow 4 days for UPS orders and 7 days for Postal Service orders.

There is no shipping charge for items picked-up from  or dropped off to the ARC.
