We are pleased to present to you the 2007 ARC MultiMedia Catalog. Our goal is to make the process of searching and ordering media resources from the Resource Center as quick, easy, and painless as possible. Check out the media catalog at the bottom of this page page to see how easy it is to find resources. The shopping cart function allows you to select resources, quantities (where applicable...we don't always have multiple copies of materials) and store these selections for a quicker check-out process. And for those of you who have email access...ordering is just a click away. Feel free to look around. If you want to send us your comments, suggestions, or ideas, please drop us a line.
This year we've made the catalog system much quicker and easier (as well as more efficient). This program uses the features built into your internet browser, so you them to search (using ctrl-F) and navigate (using the back arrows).
Resources are categorized into different media types and use the browser search functions. If you are unsure what titles you are looking for, simply select the media type you prefer and browse our collection.

You can run this catalog directly from the CD or you may copy all of the files onto your hard drive and run it from there. Also, feel free to make as many copies of this catalog as you wish or require. You are free to distribute this catalog and can copy it to as many computers are you need.

Please
be aware that typically $5.00 per video per use is charged to your account
and invoiced at the end of each month. Invoice Terms are usually due in
30 days unless otherwise arranged. Shipping can be arranged for those
persons located outside the Portland metro area. Additionally, the Annual
Fee Program which begins in July allows institutions to pay a single lump
sum instead of the $5.00 per video charge. This way institutions can use
as many materials as often as needed. This is particularly useful if an
institution or parish uses our materials frequently or has a large parish
or staff which uses the Resource Center often. However, all reservations
are based on first come, first served and are all dependent upon availability.
The Resource Center cannot guarantee the availability of any particular
resource at any specific time. Please call 503.233.8371 for details.
All persons borrowing from the Resource Center will need to establish
an account. If you are affiliated with an institution or parish, you may
subscribe under your parish. However, parishioners will need to have permission
from the parish leadership to do so. Parishioners of Annual Fee parishes
usually may subscribe under the parish account at any time unless otherwise
restricted. Please call 503.233.8371 for more information. Staff members
are usually exempt and may subscribe under the parish account at any time.
All persons not affiliated with any parish or institution may establish
a personal account at any time. If you do not have an account with us
and would like to open one, please call 503.233.8371 or email us at resource@archdpdx.org.
Please be aware that due to budget cutbacks this year, the Resource Center will only be open between 1:00pm and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Materials can be requested 24 hours a day, seven days a week either by phone (503.233.8371) or by email (resource@archdpdx.org), but pickups can only be made during regular office hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
