WHAT IS REQUIRED OF AN EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER IN A CATHOLIC PARISH OR SCHOOL IN THE  ARCHDIOCESE OF PORTLAND?  All employees are required to complete the following: See fliers ---> ·Complete a Criminal Background Check ·Complete the Called to Protect training ·Complete the Standard of Conduct for Ministry with Children and Youth Employees whose job is working 4 or more times with minors must complete an annual update online training in Armatus  All volunteers who work even once with minors must complete a Criminal Background check.  Those working 4 or more times a year with minors must also complete the following: ·Complete the Called to Protect training ·Complete the Standard of Conduct for Ministry with Children and Youth ·Complete an annual online training in Armatus FOR MORE INFORMATION ON HOW TO COMPLETE THESE  REQUIREMENTS CONTACT YOUR LOCAL  PARISH OR SCHOOL.
