WHAT IS REQUIRED OF AN EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER IN A

CATHOLIC PARISH OR SCHOOL IN THE 

ARCHDIOCESE OF PORTLAND? 

All employees are required to complete the following:

·Complete a Criminal Background Check

·Complete the Called to Protect training

·Complete the Standard of Conduct for Ministry with Children and Youth

Employees whose job is working 4 or more times with minors must complete an annual update online training in Armatus 

All volunteers who work even once with minors must complete a Criminal Background check. 

Those working 4 or more times a year with minors must also complete the following:

·Complete the Called to Protect training

·Complete the Standard of Conduct for Ministry with Children and Youth

·Complete an annual online training in Armatus
