Fr. Mike Depcik is a wonderful Deaf priest who gave our retreat here in Portland in the Fall of 2004. Now he is living in Chicago and recently announced that he has launched a new website with vlogs (video blogs). He will update it every week, Signing his homily and answering questions that people ask about the Catholic faith. www.frmd.org

Summer Picnic
When: Sunday, July 27 11am - 4pm
Where: Mary S. Young State Park
(off of Hwy. 43 in West Linn)
Who: YOU, your family and friends
Come and enjoy this new picnic location with us! Mary S. Young Park is in a forest area along the Willamette River. It has many hiking trails and a sports field for kids to play on. We’ve reserved a shelter area, so we’ll be there rain or shine.
Lunch will be at 12:00 noon
Fr. Pat will come for Mass at 1:30pm
ANITA JAZOWICK will coordinate the potluck. During July you can sign-up at church for what you want to bring. For now: save the date!!!
