of the sites listed in the Oregon Catholic Directory.
All directions are from the Pastoral Center on 28 th and E. Burnside in Portland. In many cases there may be several ways to get to the places listed. Most places have only one set of directions listed . Hopefully the directions will prove helpful.
Driving Directions to the Pastoral Center - Archdiocse of Portland: (2838 E. Burnside St. 97214 --503-234-5334)
From I-5 or I-205
While there are several ways to get to Archdiocese from I-5 and/or
I-205, it is suggested you take the I-84 exit and then follow the directions
below.
From I-84 Eastbound:
Take the Exit for 33rd Ave. Make a right turn at the top of the
exit ramp onto 33rd. Ave. Cross over Sandy Blvd. and follow the road
(which turns into 32nd Ave.) across Glisan Ave. The next traffic
light is Burnside. Make a right onto Burnside. The entrance
driveway to the parking lot for the Pastoral Center is on the left side
of the street immediately before the red brick building. If you get
to the light at 28th and Burnside you have gone a 1/2 block too far.
From I-84 Westbound:
Take the 43rd Ave. Exit. Stay in the left lane at the top of
the ramp and make a left onto Halsay Ave. (There is also an right
turn lane which actually lists Halsey -- do NOT make the right turn).
Go two traffic lights and make a left onto 39th Ave. Continue
on 39th and continue around the traffic circle which is the intersection
of 39th and Glisan. Stay on 39th and go to the next traffic light
which is Burnside. Make a right turn and get in the left lane.
Continue past 32nd Ave. (which is the next traffic light) and look for
the entrance driveway to the parking lot for the Pastoral Center on the
left side of the street immediately before the red brick building.
If you get to the light at 28th and Burnside you have gone a 1/2 block
too far.
