Here are some possible questions to use when following up with your families using the
Family Activity Booklet.

 1. Was the “Parents Supplement to the Family Activity Booklet,” which included    questions for the adults, helpful to you?
 
 

 2. Did using the Family Activity Booklet generate conversations in your family that    would probably not have come up had you not used the booklet?
 
 
 

 3. Do you feel as though your family members are more comfortable having spiritual   conversations and/or sharing their faith with each other after using the
  Family Activity Booklet?
 
 
 
 

 4. Do your family members feel more comfortable talking about their faith and/or
  inviting others to parish functions than they did before Lent?
 
 
 

 5. Has your family decided to continue this on a weekly basis after Easter?
  If not, why?
