of Catholic organizations included in the Official Catholic Directory (OCD) and an
informational memo from Anthony Picarello, USCCB General Counsel (Acting) through
Deirdre Dessingue, Associate General Counsel dated July 1, 2008 are now available at the
USCCB website.

Please read through the USCCB informational memo for key items that impact your taxexempt
status as a member of the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon.

This 2008 Group Ruling can also be used to substantiate your tax-exempt status if you are
listed in the OCD. Our tax-exempt number is 928 or 0928.
