ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 2
Full time, benefit eligible administrative assistant for the Clergy Personnel Department.  Accurate typing and/or word processing at 60-80+ wpm.  Ability to produce accurate correspondence and reports in a timely fashion.  Proven ability to organize files, events and materials in a successful manner.  Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience or equivalent training and/or education.  Practicing Catholic, and valid driver’s license preferred.  For consideration, please send cover letter and resume referencing specific position to mworkinger@archdpdx.org, or Attn:  HR, 2838 E.
