St. Pius X - Portland
St. Pius X is a large, vibrant,
multicultural,Vatican II parish, with a full-time opening for a Ministry
Coordinator for High School teens and Young Adults. The ideal candidate
will be a compassionate, gifted leader who collaborates with both youth
leaders and adult leaders across cultures and generations. Successful candidates
will: 1.) value personal & spiritual growth and authentic community
above program headcount, 2.) lead transformational prayer, social, retreat,
and service experiences, 3.) model & teach outreach ministry to teens
in their culture & schools, 4.) have the professional skills to organize
60-100 youth or young adults. We will support and fund your growth as a
professional ecclesial minister. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree
in Ministry/Theology or equivalent pastoral experience & formation,
with thorough knowledge of Vatican II Constitutions & Catholic Social
teachings. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Good salary and excellent
