If you are searching for a video, use the video search.   You have several options for which to search: by title, by subject, by description, by age level, and by catalog number.  

You can use the subject search if you are searching for  resources on a specific topic or subject. The subject index lists materials by subject and age level.  For further information on these titles, please refer to either the alphabetical  video search or the card catalog and stacks sections.

For other media, in order for your searches to be  most effective, you should follow the steps listed below.  Of course, once you are comfortable with this catalog, you can skip steps to shorten your search time.  You may go immediately to the card catalog and stacks section or you may search by media type if you already know the parts of a title, keyword, or catalog  number of the resource you need, or if you do not know a title, you can conduct a search for specific words or description.  If you know the title or catalog number already, you may order these materials directly by using either on the online order form (if you have email setup on your computer) or the print version.

Please feel free to use the online registration and order forms.  While we cannot verify electronically that a specific title will be available for a specific time, we try to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as requested. Since our catalog cannot verify orders, we will confirm your requests within 1 hour during business hours between 8:15am and 4:45pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

With Annual Fee online registrations, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be granted.  However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.  Since our registration forms are not secure, we cannot take Annual Fee payments electronically at this time, so online Annual Fee online registrations are dependent upon receipt of payment.  Annual Fee Registrations can only be accepted until September 30, but inquiries will be accepted at any time.

To register with the Resource Center, either complete the Resource Center Registration Form and return it by email, regular mail, or by fax.  There is no charge to register with the Resource Center; however, there are certain restrictions.
