LATE FEES
Late fees are assessed, for both per item and annual fee patrons,on media items returned after the required date. The late fee is $1.00 per
day/per item. The responsibility is yours to to extend your reservation
(if you need the item longer) by calling the ARC, or to make sure the item is
returned on time. Please be considerate of the next resource user and
avoid late fees by returning materials on time.

Parishes,
churches, schools, institutions, and organizations are invoiced monthly
for payment according the fee schedule listed above. No payment is required
at the time of rental; however, some people do prefer prepayment. At this
time the Resource Center can accept only cash or checks. Make checks payable
to the Archdiocese of Portland and send to:

Annual Fees: Unlimited usage on videos, films, etc. for Catholic agencies within the Archdiocese of Portland this excludes any equipment rentals. These fees are assessed annually in September.
