Day Use

$10 per person not to exceed $150 per day

Half Day Use

$6 per person not to exceed $90 per day

Cleaning Fee

$45 per visit

Kitchen Use

$20 per visit

Room Cost

(linens provided, shower & bath)

Single Occupancy

(15 single rooms = 15 beds)

$35 person per night per room

Double Occupancy

(6 double rooms= 12 beds)

$25 person per night per room

Insurance

 

1-100 guests

$100 per 24 hour period, only needed if personal or archdiocesan insurance does not apply.

Do's & Don'ts of the Griffin Center

We are pleased to have you as a guest at The Griffin Center.  We ask your cooperation in the following:

 

 

§                     Be sure to indicate who will be the on-site contact person while your group is at the Center.  That person will be the "responsible person" for administrative matters with the Ministry Formation office, e.g., arranging for a key, leaving Center clean and in good order, etc.

 

§                     When leaving the Center or retiring for the night, please be sure the door to the Fireside Room, the Chapel, and the front door of the Center are locked.

 

§                     No smoking in any part of the building.

 

§                     No tape or thumbtacks on walls.  Use easels provided.

 

§                     Phone is for local calls only.  Long distance and other calls must be made with a calling or credit card.

 

§                     If you stay overnight:

 

1.                  Please be sure to strip the bed in your room and remake the bed with sheets provided in the room when your stay is over and set out the clean towels, bath mat, etc.

 

2.                  Please wipe down sink and shower.

 

3.                  Place all used sheets and towels down the linen shoot located in the middle of the second floor hall.

 

§                     If you use the kitchen, dishes or coffee makers, please be sure they are cleaned, dried, and put back.  Do not leave anything in the refrigerator that you brought.

 

§                     Be sure all furniture and tables are returned to their original positions.

 

§                     When leaving, turn out lights, lock windows, and be sure doors are locked.

 

§                     Return key.
