"Open Wide the Doors" – Hospitality Workshop
The Archdiocese of Portland's Department of Evangelization is sponsoring
a
parish workshop "Open Wide the Doors."
The workshop will be held in several locations
around the Archdiocese. The Keynote speaker
will be Joan Cunningham. Her address
will center on key characteristics of
Christian hospitality and examine various ways
parishes can be welcoming. An effective
parish must be a welcoming parish. The
workshop is directed to parish staff,
parish councils, administrative councils, Disciples in
Mission teams, liturgy planning teams,
stewardship committees, small group leaders
and other interested parishioners.
Keynote speaker, Joan Cunningham, is the Director of Evangelization for

United States Conference of Catholic Bishops'
Commission on Catholic Evangelization.
Breakout workshop sessions will also be offered. Sessions will include:

Welcoming Community" by Joan Cunningham,
