Respect Life Office

Promotes the dignity and sanctity of human life from conception to natural death through prayer, continuing education and providing pastoral assistance on a variety of life issues (contraception, abortion, assisted-suicide, bio-medical ethics, etc.)  Acts in accordance with the Pastoral Plan of Pro-Life Activities of the U.S. Bishops.

The Tribunal provides pastoral support and judicial processes in the area of marriage annulments, as well as research and consultation on all areas of church law for pastoral ministers and for those who approach the tribunal for assistance.

Offers support and consultation to youth ministers and provides coordination and sponsorship of youth ministry and young adult activities on the Archdiocesan and regional levels. Develops, enables and leads an Archdiocesan program for youth and young adult ministry, that provides for the total personal and spiritual growth of young people to draw them into responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Church.
