Provides training and support for pastoral ministers, both professional and volunteer, working in Hispanic Ministries. Coordinates programs and activities in the Archdiocese for the promotion and development of the Spanish-speaking community in Western Oregon. Offers resources and provides assistance to the parishes in the Archdiocese. Gives support in the different services and programs the Pastoral Center offers to the Hispanic community in the Archdiocese.

Ofrece formacion y apoyo para agentes pastorales, profesionales y voluntarios, que trabajan en ministerios hispanos.  Coordina los programas y las actividades arquidiocesanas para la promocion y el desarrollo intergral de la comunidad hispana en el Oeste de Oregon. Ofrece recursos y apoyo a las parroquinas dentro de la Arquidiocesis. Brinda apoyo en la aplicacion de los distintos servicios del Centro Pastoral hacia la comunidad hispana de la Arquidiocesis.
