Assists the Archbishop with
various projects, including parish visitations and travel. Serves
as the Master of Ceremonies at archdiocesan liturgies. Serves as
staff to the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council. Assists with Archdiocesan
events.
Pilgrimage to Italy
Archbishop Vlazny will lead a pilgrimage to Italy during the “Year for Priests”.
The 11-day pilgrimage will be April 19 – 29, 2010. The archbishop invites you and your family and friends to join him on this spiritual journey.
The pilgrimage includes round trip airfare from Portland, good accommodations, and visits to Assisi, the Holy House of Mary in Loreto, the shrine of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo,
the shrine of St. Nicholas in Bari, the Benedictine monastery of
Montecassino,
and a scheduled Papal Audience at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.
