The staff of the Archdiocese of Portland, by their witness, leadership, and behavior, share in our ministry of modeling Christian values and living exemplary lives.

The Office of Human Resources supports this mission by offering employment and benefit services, and acts as a resource in support of the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center, Parishes, and Schools of the Archdiocese of Portland.

Our HR team is responsible for developing policies and practices in compliance with federal and state employment laws, as well as developing, publishing and promoting procedures and guidelines for pastors, and business managers at all locations.
